Description
Glabella convex, subquadrate, expanding to slightly bulbous front, without lateral furrows, axial furrows deep, with posterior sinuous inbend, no preglabellar field, anterior border furrow merging with preglabellar furrow, eyes extending nearly full length of glabella, fixigenae horizontal or downsloping, with node at each inner posterior corner, palpebral areas about 0.6 of glabellar width, librigenae without eye platforms, border furrow narrow, librigenal spines long, recurved. Pygidium with wide axis, slightly tapered to broad end, axial segments 3 or 4, terminal merging into steep posterior slope, each ring with low axial node or spine, terminal axial spine may be present, pleurae 3 or 4, broad, faintly defined, with node or short spine where curvature steepens, border furrow shallow, border rimlike (258).
